Baby's Room is a new service specialising in the supply and fit of your nursery. Whilst all our goods are highly stocked, brand new and under warranty, we aim to follow the Hot Cakes code and compete with high street stores, by offering you the best possible deals on all your baby equipment. Returns Policy
Nursery Equipment
If you receive an item that is faulty we will always offer a repair, refund or exchange on Nursery Equipment, pushchairs, cots etc. On Cosatto Goods you have 28 days to register your product to get a FREE 4 year guarantee whereby the manufacturer will then look after your product for 4 years and there is no need to contact the retailer in the event of a problem. Guarantees etc, will be stated on the item description or during the order process. On such items, we do not offer a money back guarantee on goods that are simply unwanted after purchase.
Clothing and Gifts
We are always happy to offer exchanges or refunds on unwanted/wrong size items of clothing providing we are contacted within a week of sale, and the item is returned to us in the condition as sold within 2 weeks of sale.
You have 28 days to return faulty garments for a refund or exchange.
Faulty Gifts or Toys must be reported and returned to us within 30 days of sale for a full refund.
If purchases are made for Christmas we will allow faulty items to be returned, so long as we are contacted within 7 days from Christmas day, if Christmas day exceeds the 30 day return period.
Hot Cakes which is part of John Dante Enterprise Ltd, reserve the right to change/amend it's returns policy without prior notice.
